How Causeway’s workforce can work for you

When you call Causeway:

  • There is no commission. Because we are non-profit, our sole interest in matching your company and our candidates is a successful working relationship.
  • You tap into a large pool of job-ready candidates. Our ESP and Job Quest programs serve a wide range of workers in a variety of industries.
  • You demonstrate corporate social responsibility. A diverse and flexible workforce benefits everyone.

Causeway Work Centre is a community economic development organization that provides employment services to persons experiencing barriers to employment.

Because we are a publicly funded agency, there is no cost to employers who use our services. Our commitment is to the success of the working relationship, and we will support the employer and co-workers in order to ensure a successful employment outcome for the worker we place.
