William is employed with the Causeway Commercial Services team in the landscaping sector - work he says is a perfect fit for him. He works full-time, five days a week from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and genuinely enjoys coming to work each morning.

Each participant will rotate through short, 5-minute sessions with different employers. During each round, you’ll answer 2–3 interview-style questions — just like a real interview! After completing all rotations, you’ll receive personalized feedback from employers to help you improve and stand out
