Job Description: Groundskeeping Maintenance Supervisor (Seasonal)

Good Nature Groundskeeping (GNG) is social enterprise that provides commercial and residential grounds maintenance and care through our professional groundskeeping business across the National Capital Region.

We are currently looking for a Groundskeeping Supervisor who is committed to working from April – November. The Groundskeeping Supervisor will lead a crew of 3-4 people on a daily basis, providing spring and fall clean-ups, grass cutting and litter control services for a wide range of properties.

The Needle Hunter Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Operational Manager in overseeing all areas of the operations of the program, including the planning, scheduling, coordinating, training and supervision of its client-employees, providing coverage where needed, assisting with growth and development of the program and routes, as well as other various administrative tasks.
